This Website is provided for informational and reservation-support purposes only. It allows users to:
• View property information, amenities, photos, policies, and house rules
• Submit inquiries
• Initiate or manage reservations through Hostaway and its connected booking channels
The Website itself does not create a rental agreement, tenancy, lease, or lodging contract.
2. HOSTAWAY & THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS
All reservations are processed and managed through Hostaway, a third-party property management and booking platform, and/or Hostaway-connected channels (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, direct booking tools).
By making or managing a reservation, you acknowledge that:
• Booking data, communications, pricing, availability, payments, and cancellations are handled through Hostaway and/or its connected platforms
• You are subject to Hostaway’s terms, payment processor terms, and any applicable channel terms, in addition to our own Short-Term Rental Agreement and House Rules
We are not responsible for platform outages, system errors, payment delays, or third-party service failures.
3. NO TENANCY OR PROPERTY RIGHTS
Use of this Website does not create any landlord-tenant relationship or real property interest. All stays are governed exclusively by a separate Short-Term Rental Agreement, House Rules, and applicable booking platform terms.
4. ACCURACY & CONTENT CHANGES
While we strive for accuracy:
• Property details, amenities, layouts, photos, availability, and pricing may change
• Website content is not guaranteed to be current or error-free
We reserve the right to update or modify Website content at any time without notice.
